The vast majority of sites will take 8-12 weeks to complete. This is a target timeline and in no way a guarantee. Why is that? Because we offer unlimited changes for each design proposal we do in order to guarantee satisfaction.

You won’t find this from almost any agency. The only downside is these changes and revisions can increase the project timeline the more they are used. Our 8-12 weeks date is based on 2-3 rounds of changes per version, but again, you can use as many changes as you like!

Another common time sucker is copywriting. We aren’t writers and ask our clients to be prepared with their text and beforehand or be ready to write once we get started. Our UX planning stage will really help you outline what info you need to provide.

Ultimately, the faster the writing is provided and designs are approved on your end, the faster your site is completed.

Unfortunately, no. We’ve found that we cannot offer cost effective writing and encourage our clients to create their copy internally.

Since we’re building a product that will suit your needs, we offer two design versions for your site, the first one will be our first main design proposal and the second one will be used If you don’t like that first proposal.

On those two versions, you’ll have the chance to make all comments and changes you want, in other words you have unlimited changes per version, but you’ll have to have in mind that this versions will be closed and locked at the end and when this versions are closed, no more changes will be accepted.

If you need to make more changes after a version is closed we will give you an estimate of cost for this changes, you’ll approve them and they’ll be charged in the last invoice.

50% payment up front and 50% when you’re thrilled with your new site. We offer what you-see is what you get pricing. We never tack on hidden fees, but outside service integrations like mailchimp, calendly, etc, may charge you a small monthly fee to use their services.

When the project starts we’ll send to you a link where you can find all of this stages and they tasks with their respective status, it’s like having shipping notifications directly in your email when a task is complete, you could see in real time what’s the status of the project in every moment. No more “how is the project going?”

We use the good old friend Asana, we create a board where we can set all the project’s tasks and track their status, notes and blockades. We use the good old friend WordPress as main Content Management System. Nevertheless, we also use (Depending of the project requirements) Drupal, Joomla, Laravel, React, Angular, Node.JS among others.

Yes. We will help you source stock photos from sites such as www.bigstock.com and www.unsplash.com. We also have photographers and videographers available to produce custom photography and videos for your website.
